How big can a wall print be?

Up to 4 metres in height, and unlimited in length. Because the printer moves along the wall, the artwork is one continuous image with no panel joins or seams.

How long does the print last?

Roughly 10 years indoors and 5 years outdoors. The UV-cured ink is scratch resistant and washable, and the wall can simply be painted over when you want a change.

Is it disruptive to our business?

Very little. There is no wet paste, no drying time and no mess. The print is cured as it is laid, so the space is ready to use as soon as we finish.

Are the inks safe for schools and healthcare settings?

Yes. We use GREENGUARD Gold certified UV inks, the standard used for schools and healthcare environments. There is no lingering solvent smell.

Do you supply the design?

Either way works. Send us your own artwork, or our design service will create it for you and proof it before printing.

The Problem With Vinyl

Most "wall graphics" are just plastic stuck to a wall, and everyone can tell.

Vinyl arrives in panels. Panels have joins. Joins lift, bubble, yellow and peel, and when the campaign ends, the whole lot is scraped off and sent to landfill. Direct-to-wall printing removes the middle layer entirely. The ink goes onto the wall, so there is nothing to peel and nothing to throw away.

The Technology

A printer that climbs the wall and cures as it goes

Our vertical UV printer travels the face of the wall itself, laying Nazdar 270 Series GREENGUARD Gold certified ink and curing it instantly with UV light. Because the head travels the wall itself, the artwork is never tiled together; it is one image, printed in place.

We print directly onto plaster, painted walls, concrete, brick, wood, glass, tile and many other flat surfaces. If we can reach it and it is reasonably flat, it is usually printable. We confirm suitability at the free site visit.
