How nationwide wall printing works
Conventional wall graphics are made in a factory and shipped to site, which is why a national rollout so often ends up with five walls that do not quite match. We work the other way round: the printer comes to the building and the artwork is printed straight onto the plaster, blockwork or render, cured instantly by UV as it is laid. The wall is the substrate, so there is no adhesive layer, no panel grid and nothing to lift at the edges twelve months later.
That makes distance a scheduling question rather than a quality question. A confirmed date, a surveyed wall and prepared artwork are all that is needed, and most single walls are completed in one visit with the space back in use immediately. For clients with several locations, we programme the sites into efficient regional runs so travel is planned once rather than repeated.
Every job, wherever it sits, carries the same documentation: public liability insurance, DBS checked operators, CHAS accreditation and RAMS supplied per job. For NHS estates, academy trusts, councils and managing agents, that paperwork is usually the first question and the reason a national specialist is easier to clear on site than an ad-hoc local supplier.

Do you really print anywhere in the UK?
Yes. The printer is mobile and travels to the wall, so the only workshop we need is the room itself. Our base is in Essex, and we travel nationwide for commercial, public-sector and multi-site contracts, planned around a confirmed date rather than a same-day call-out.
Is the finish the same outside the South East?
It is identical. The same machine, the same GREENGUARD Gold certified Nazdar 270 series UV inks and the same process are used on every job, so a wall in Glasgow is finished to the same standard as one in Southend-on-Sea.
How do you price work outside your local area?
Pricing is per wall, based on size, surface condition, access and artwork complexity, with travel accounted for openly in the quote. Multi-site work is programmed into efficient regional runs so travel is not paid for twice.
Can you handle a rollout across several cities at once?
Yes. Multi-site rollouts are treated as one project with one artwork specification, so every location receives the same colours and the same seamless finish rather than a slightly different result in each city.
What documentation do you provide for national contracts?
Public liability insurance, DBS checks and CHAS accreditation, with RAMS supplied for every job. That is normally what NHS estates teams, academy trusts, councils and managing agents ask for before we are cleared onto site.
How big can a printed wall be?
Up to 4 metres high and unlimited in length, printed as one continuous image. There are no panel joins, no wallpaper seams and no vinyl edges to lift.
How long does a nationwide job take on site?
Most single walls are completed in one visit. The UV ink cures instantly as it is printed, so there is no drying time and the space is usable the moment we pack the machine away.
How long will the print last?
Roughly 10 years indoors and around 5 years outdoors. The surface is washable and scratch resistant, so it copes with cleaning regimes and daily contact in busy buildings.
