• Enquiry details you provide through our quote form, by email or by phone: typically your name, company, email address, telephone number, location and a description of your wall or project.
• Photographs and artwork you choose to send us so we can assess the wall or prepare a design.
• Correspondence between us relating to a quote, a booking or a completed job.
• Technical information your browser sends when you visit this website, such as IP address and pages viewed, used only to keep the site running and secure.

Why we use it

• To respond to your enquiry, arrange a free site visit and prepare a bespoke quote.
• To plan and carry out work you have booked, including site paperwork such as RAMS.
• To invoice you and keep the records we are legally required to keep.
• To contact you about a project you have discussed with us. We do not sell your details, and we do not add you to marketing lists without your consent.

Our lawful bases are: performance of a contract (or steps taken at your request before entering one), our legitimate interests in responding to enquiries and running our business, and legal obligation for accounting records.

Who we share it with

We share personal information only where necessary: with our service providers (for example website hosting, email and customer relationship management systems), with subcontractors engaged for a specific element of a job such as access equipment, and with our accountants or professional advisers. Where a client requires it, we may share the names of the operatives attending site along with DBS and insurance confirmation. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.

This website embeds a Google Maps frame so you can find us, and links to our Google Business Profile and social media pages. Those services are operated by third parties and may set their own cookies or collect their own usage data once you interact with them, under their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become jobs are kept for up to 24 months so we can pick the conversation back up if you return. Records relating to completed work, including invoices, are kept for a minimum of six years to meet UK accounting and tax requirements. Artwork files are retained for the life of the printed installation unless you ask us to delete them.

Where your information is held

Your information is held within the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area wherever possible. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

Your rights
