What we do

## Shop walls that sell, printed directly onto the surface
A retail wall has a job: hold attention, explain the brand and push people further into the store. Direct-to-wall UV printing turns the largest surface in the shop into that tool, with your logo, campaign artwork or photography printed at full height straight onto plaster, paint, brick, concrete, wood or glass.

A vertical UV printer is set against the wall and prints your artwork in a single controlled pass. Because nothing is stuck to the surface, there are no seams across a wide display wall and no cut vinyl edges to lift where customers and stock brush past.

The ink cures instantly under UV-LED lamps, so the wall is dry as the machine moves along it. That means we can work in a live store or overnight and you trade the next morning without waiting for anything to settle.

The retail problem

## Campaign graphics that cost more to remove than to install
Retail graphics change with the season. Vinyl and wallpaper are installed, stripped, and installed again, and each cycle brings adhesive residue, damaged paint and a making-good bill before the new campaign has earned anything.

Panel joins are the other giveaway. A wide brand wall or showroom backdrop covered in wallpaper drops shows its seams under retail lighting, which is precisely where the eye lands when someone walks in.

Meanwhile every hour the shop floor is closed is lost trade, and evening or weekend installation is paid for at a premium. Anything that needs paste, paint or drying time pushes the work into those hours.

Why retailers choose it

## What printing gives a shop or showroom

### Exact brand colour
We work from your brand guidelines and proof the colour before print day, so the wall matches your packaging and your shopfront.

### No lost trading
No paste, no odour and no drying time, so the shop floor is back in use as soon as we finish rather than the next day.

### Seamless at any width
Display walls, till backdrops and full-height showroom walls print as a single image, however wide the wall is.

### Cheap to change
New season, new campaign: print straight over the last one. No removal contractor and no making good.

### Consistent across a chain
The same file prints identically in every store, so a national rollout looks the same everywhere.

### Windows and shopfronts too
Glass, exterior brickwork and street-facing elevations print as well as interior walls, so the message starts outside.

Around the store

## The retail walls we print most often
Prioritise the walls a customer sees on the way in and on the way to the till. Those two routes carry most of the footfall.

### Entrance and brand walls
Logo, strapline and imagery at full height, sized to the wall rather than to a print roll.

### Showroom backdrops
Lifestyle imagery behind vehicles, furniture or kitchen displays so the product is shown in context.

### Campaign and seasonal graphics
Time-limited artwork printed straight onto the wall and printed over when the campaign ends.

### Fitting rooms and till areas
Graphics in the places people stand still, where there is time to read a message.

### Wayfinding and department markers
Directional graphics and category signage printed into the wall instead of hung off it.

### Shopfronts and exterior walls
Street-facing elevations and glazing printed to pull passing footfall through the door.

Practicalities

## How a retail job runs

### Working in a trading store
We need access to the wall with clear working space in front of it, which usually means moving fixtures and stock back rather than emptying the shop. The process is dry and quiet enough that many stores keep trading in the rest of the space while we print.

RAMS paperwork is supplied per job, our team is DBS checked and CHAS accredited, and we carry public liability insurance, which covers what most landlords and shopping centre management teams require before work starts.

### Artwork, guidelines and rollouts
Send your logo files, brand guidelines and campaign artwork. We set the design out against the measured wall and proof it, and nothing prints until you have approved the layout and the colour.

For multi-site work the same approved file is used in each store, so the graphic is consistent from one branch to the next. If artwork does not exist yet, our design service creates it.

### Surfaces, fixtures and height
Plaster, paint, concrete, brick, wood, tile, plastics and glass all print, and the printer handles up to two inches of variation in the wall surface. Internal corners and tight recesses cannot be printed into, so designs are planned to finish before them or carry onto the next wall.

Shelving, fixtures and other obstacles are assessed at the site visit so the layout works around them. Doors, panels and canvases can be printed on our large easel, and work at height for double-height showrooms is quoted as an add-on.

How it works

## From first phone call to a finished wall
01
### Free consultation and site visit
We measure the wall, check the surface and its condition, look at access and parking, and confirm whether the design is indoor or outdoor. Consultations, site visits and quotes are free with no obligation.

02
### Artwork: ours or yours
Send us your own file or use our design service. Where artwork needs upscaling for large-format output we handle that first, and you approve a proof before anything reaches the wall.

03
### Planning around the building
Designs are set out to finish cleanly before internal corners or continue onto adjoining walls. Obstacles are assessed in advance, and work at height is quoted as an add-on where the design sits off the ground.

04
### Print day
We position and calibrate the printer, print straight onto the wall and leave the space ready to use immediately. RAMS paperwork is supplied per job, and our team is DBS checked and CHAS accredited.
