Overview
Brand-grade walls, without shutting the office
Corporate wall printing applies your identity directly to the fabric of the workplace. Instead of framed prints, applied vinyl or a printed wallpaper that has to be hung panel by panel, the artwork is printed onto the wall itself and cured instantly. The finish is flat, continuous and matt; it reads as architecture rather than as decoration bolted on afterwards.
The commercial argument is straightforward. A reception is the only part of your business every client, candidate and supplier sees, and it is doing brand work whether or not you have invested in it. The same is true of the wall behind the video-call backdrop, the corridor visitors are walked down, and the breakout space you show people during recruitment.
What makes it viable on a live site is timing. UV curing is instant, so there is no drying, no solvent odour and no ventilation window. We can print a reception wall between the last visitor and the first one the following morning, or take a floor at a weekend, and hand the space back in use rather than out of action.
Everything is documented before we arrive. RAMS are supplied per job, we hold public liability insurance, we are CHAS accredited and DBS checked, and our team is used to signing in, working around occupied desks and clearing down properly. Facilities teams get the paperwork they need without having to chase for it.
Why professional delivery matters
- Brand colour accuracy on a wall requires proofing and calibration, not a best guess against a Pantone chip.
- Occupied offices need RAMS, insurance and a contractor who can work quietly around live desks and calls.
- Large-format layout across full walls has to respect sight lines, glazing, door swings and furniture positions.
- Multi-site rollouts need consistency, which comes from controlled files and repeatable process rather than local improvisation.
The cost of leaving it
The cost of a workplace that undersells you
Clients form a judgement about your business in the reception before the meeting starts, and candidates form one in the corridor on the way to interview. If the walls are blank, scuffed or carrying an identity you retired two years ago, you are actively working against the pitch you are about to make. That gap is invisible on your P&L and very visible to everyone who walks in.
Peeling vinyl branding is worse than no branding. A lifting corner behind the reception desk or a logo with a visible seam through it signals that details are not managed here, which is precisely the opposite of what a professional services firm, clinic or contractor needs to project. It also tends to fail in the highest-traffic, most-photographed positions first.
Delay compounds the cost. Every month the walls stay wrong is another month of client visits, recruitment days, photography, filmed calls and site tours running against an out-of-date backdrop. Then when it is finally addressed, failed vinyl has to be stripped and the plaster made good, so you pay for the removal as well as the replacement.
Common mistakes we are called in to fix
-
Treating walls as the last item in the fit-out budget
Wall graphics get cut first and end up being retro-fitted later at higher cost and with more disruption than if they had been sequenced into the programme.
-
Accepting approximate brand colours
A logo printed slightly off-brand across 3 metres is more damaging than no logo at all. Colour needs proofing against your guidelines before printing.
-
Choosing vinyl for a ten-year building
Applied graphics in a busy corridor rarely survive as long as the tenancy. Direct-to-wall printing removes the adhesive failure point entirely.
-
Booking work without RAMS in place
Facilities and building management will stop a job on the day if documentation is missing. We issue RAMS per job before attending.
Our process
A five-step system, so you know exactly what happens and when
-
Step 1
Free site visit and wall survey
We come to you, measure the wall, check it for flatness, damp, dust and existing coatings, and confirm the printable area. Our machine prints up to 4 metres high and unlimited in length, so the survey is where we work out exactly how your artwork maps onto the surface you have.
-
Step 2
Artwork preparation and digital proof
Send us your own file or let us create the design. We scale it to the true wall dimensions, correct resolution, colour and crop, then issue a to-scale digital proof. Nothing is printed until you have signed that proof off, so there are no surprises on the wall.
-
Step 3
Surface preparation and machine set-up
The wall is cleaned and prepared, the printer is set up against it and calibrated, and RAMS are supplied for the job. Set-up is quiet, contained and needs no scaffolding for standard heights.
-
Step 4
Direct-to-wall printing with instant UV cure
GREENGUARD Gold certified Nazdar 270 series UV inks are printed straight onto the wall and cured instantly as the head passes. There is no drying time, no solvent smell and no plastic film, so the image is finished the moment the last pass completes.
-
Step 5
Inspection, sign-off and clean handover
We walk the finished wall with you, check colour and edges, clear the area and leave the space usable straight away. The cured print is washable and scratch resistant, and lasts roughly 10 years indoors or 5 years outdoors.

Corporate Wall Printing in real spaces

Watch the process
Corporate wall printing filmed in a working office
Corporate wall printing turns a plain office wall into something that carries your values, your story or your numbers. The footage below shows a boardroom feature wall printed directly onto the existing surface: the kind of wall that sets the tone for every client meeting, interview and internal briefing held in the room.
Printing on site means there is no downtime waiting for panels to be manufactured and delivered, and no compromise on scale. Wording, brand colours and imagery are printed at full wall size, edge to edge, so the finished result reads as part of the building rather than something applied to it.
In detail
How we deliver corporate projects
Corporate projects start with a survey that is as much logistical as technical. We record wall dimensions and condition, but also access routes, lift availability, working hours, security and sign-in procedures, and whether the space can be isolated during printing. That information shapes the programme and the RAMS rather than being discovered on the day.
Artwork is handled against your brand guidelines. We work from supplied logo files, brand colour references and photography, prepare them at true wall scale, and issue a to-scale digital proof for sign-off. Where a file is too low-resolution to carry at 4 metres, we say so early and either source a better version or rebuild the element through our design service.
Typical corporate applications fall into a few repeated patterns: a reception feature wall carrying the logo and a positioning line; boardroom walls with a subtle large-scale graphic or map; corridor and stairwell environmental graphics; values and culture messaging in breakout areas; and wayfinding across larger floorplates. Each has different viewing distances, and we set type sizes and detail accordingly.
For multi-site programmes we keep the approved files and specification so that the fourth office matches the first. Because the process needs no bespoke manufacturing, there is no lead time on materials, scheduling is about site access, not production slots.
Residential projects
Home offices and studios benefit from the same approach at smaller scale: a single branded or photographic wall that works as a professional video backdrop, printed with no odour so the room is usable the same day.
Commercial projects
In commercial buildings the constraints are access, documentation and continuity of operation. We work to RAMS, insurance and CHAS standards, are DBS checked for sites where that is required, and schedule around trading hours, term time or shift patterns so no space is lost during the working day.

Questions
Corporate Wall Printing: the questions we are asked before every job
How much does corporate wall printing cost?
Pricing is per project because wall area, height, surface preparation, access hours and artwork complexity all vary. The site visit and detailed quote are free, and the figure we give is for your specific walls and access conditions.
Can you work outside office hours?
Yes. Evening and weekend working is common on corporate jobs. Because the ink cures instantly there is nothing to dry overnight, so the space is fully usable when staff return.
Will the office smell of solvent afterwards?
No. We use GREENGUARD Gold certified Nazdar 270 series UV inks that cure on contact, which is why the process is approved for occupied offices, schools and healthcare buildings.
Can you match our exact brand colours?
Yes. We work from your brand references and issue a to-scale proof for approval before printing, so colour is confirmed rather than assumed.
Do you supply RAMS and insurance certificates?
Yes, RAMS are produced per job and we hold public liability insurance, CHAS accreditation and DBS clearance. Documentation goes to your facilities or building management team before we attend.
How long does a reception wall take?
Most single walls are completed within a day including preparation, and the area is handed back immediately after final inspection.
What happens when we rebrand again?
The wall is repainted and reprinted. There is no vinyl to strip and no making good, so the second cycle costs less than replacing an applied covering.
Can you roll this out across several offices?
Yes. We hold the approved artwork and specification and apply the same standard at each site, working across London, the South East and the wider UK.
Is the finish durable enough for a busy corridor?
Yes. The cured print is washable and scratch resistant with roughly a 10-year indoor life, so it stands up to trolleys, bags and daily foot traffic far better than applied vinyl.
What size walls can you cover?
Up to 4 metres high with unlimited length, printed as one continuous image: ideal for long reception runs and corridors.
