Overview
Your capability, our machine
White-label wall printing lets fit-out contractors, interior designers, workplace consultants, signage companies and marketing agencies offer direct-to-wall printing without buying equipment, training operators or carrying the risk. We attend site, print and leave; the client deals with you throughout.
The commercial logic is simple. Wall printing equipment is a significant capital purchase that only pays back with consistent volume. Subcontracting to a specialist converts a fixed cost into a per-project cost, and lets you quote the work confidently the first time a client asks rather than declining it or brokering it awkwardly.
Delivery is unbranded by arrangement. We are used to working as part of a wider programme, attending during agreed windows, coordinating with other trades, and supplying documentation that fits your site pack rather than sitting outside it.
Technically the specification is the same as our direct work: up to 4 metres high, unlimited length, GREENGUARD Gold certified Nazdar 270 series inks, instant UV curing, washable and scratch-resistant finish with around 10 years indoor life. That is what you are reselling, and it is worth quoting accurately.
Why professional delivery matters
- Vertical printing needs calibrated equipment and trained operators; results on a 4-metre wall expose any shortcut.
- Live sites require RAMS, insurance and CHAS-standard working to be accepted by principal contractors.
- Substrate assessment protects you from a finish failing after handover on a job with your name on it.
- Artwork preparation at true wall scale is where most large-format projects are won or lost.
The cost of leaving it
The risks of getting wall printing wrong on someone else's programme
On a fit-out programme, wall finishes sit near the end of the sequence, which means any failure lands directly on handover. A covering that needs drying time, ventilation or a second visit to correct pushes the date, and the delay is attributed to whoever specified it: not to the material.
Specifying applied vinyl or panelled wallpaper transfers a long-term risk to you. Seams that open, edges that lift and adhesive that fails in a heated corridor typically appear well after practical completion, during the period when the client still associates the building with your name. Direct-printed walls remove the adhesive failure mode entirely.
There is also the acceptance risk on site. A subcontractor turning up without RAMS, insurance certificates or CHAS accreditation is refused access, and the slot is lost. On a tightly sequenced programme, a lost slot rarely reappears the same week, which turns a small documentation gap into a genuine delay.
Common mistakes we are called in to fix
-
Quoting wall printing without a survey
Surface condition, access and height drive the price. We survey before you commit to a figure with your client.
-
Specifying artwork before checking resolution
Client-supplied images frequently fail at wall scale. Checking early protects your programme and your reputation.
-
Assuming any wall covering is interchangeable
Direct printing, wallpaper and vinyl behave differently on programme, durability and removal. They are not like-for-like.
-
Leaving documentation to the day
RAMS and certificates need to be with the principal contractor in advance or access is refused.
Our process
A five-step system, so you know exactly what happens and when
-
Step 1
Free site visit and wall survey
We come to you, measure the wall, check it for flatness, damp, dust and existing coatings, and confirm the printable area. Our machine prints up to 4 metres high and unlimited in length, so the survey is where we work out exactly how your artwork maps onto the surface you have.
-
Step 2
Artwork preparation and digital proof
Send us your own file or let us create the design. We scale it to the true wall dimensions, correct resolution, colour and crop, then issue a to-scale digital proof. Nothing is printed until you have signed that proof off, so there are no surprises on the wall.
-
Step 3
Surface preparation and machine set-up
The wall is cleaned and prepared, the printer is set up against it and calibrated, and RAMS are supplied for the job. Set-up is quiet, contained and needs no scaffolding for standard heights.
-
Step 4
Direct-to-wall printing with instant UV cure
GREENGUARD Gold certified Nazdar 270 series UV inks are printed straight onto the wall and cured instantly as the head passes. There is no drying time, no solvent smell and no plastic film, so the image is finished the moment the last pass completes.
-
Step 5
Inspection, sign-off and clean handover
We walk the finished wall with you, check colour and edges, clear the area and leave the space usable straight away. The cured print is washable and scratch resistant, and lasts roughly 10 years indoors or 5 years outdoors.

In detail
How trade projects run
We start with a survey, attended with you or on your behalf, recording wall dimensions, substrate, condition, access, working windows and site rules. That produces a firm figure you can build into your quotation without a provisional sum, and identifies preparation that needs to sit in someone's scope before we attend.
Artwork is handled to your requirements. Some partners supply fully prepared print-ready files; others pass client artwork to us for assessment, upscaling and preparation. Either way, a to-scale proof is issued for approval before printing so your client signs off the result rather than reacting to it.
On site we work to your programme and site rules, supplying RAMS per job and providing insurance and accreditation documentation for your principal contractor. Because there is no off-site manufacturing, there is no production lead time, scheduling is limited only by access.
The technical envelope is fixed and worth quoting precisely: printing up to 4 metres in height, unlimited length as a continuous image, GREENGUARD Gold certified Nazdar 270 series UV inks cured instantly, a washable and scratch-resistant finish, approximately 10 years indoors and 5 years outdoors, and no plastic waste generated on site.
Residential projects
For high-end residential projects, interior designers use the service to deliver bespoke murals and feature walls with no seams and no odour, on schedules that suit occupied or nearly complete homes.
Commercial projects
On commercial programmes we operate as a documented subcontractor, RAMS per job, public liability insurance, CHAS accreditation and DBS clearance, working to your sequence, your site rules and your client relationship.

Questions
White-Label Wall Printing: the questions we are asked before every job
Do you offer trade pricing?
Trade terms are available on request. Tell us the type and likely volume of work and we will set terms that suit an ongoing relationship.
Will you attend unbranded?
Yes, by arrangement. We are used to working as part of a wider programme where the client relationship belongs to our partner.
Do you provide RAMS and insurance certificates?
Yes, RAMS per job, plus public liability insurance, CHAS accreditation and DBS clearance for your site pack and principal contractor.
Can you survey before we quote a client?
Yes. The site visit is free, and it gives you a firm figure rather than a provisional sum you may have to defend later.
What are the technical limits?
Up to 4 metres in height and unlimited in length as a continuous image, printed onto suitable prepared surfaces.
How long does the print take on programme?
Most single walls are completed in a day, and there is no drying or ventilation period because UV curing is instant.
Who prepares the artwork?
Either party. Supply print-ready files, or pass client artwork to us for assessment, preparation and a to-scale proof.
What surfaces can you print on?
Smooth, sound, matt-painted plaster and plasterboard give the best result. Textured surfaces, brick and render are possible, with texture becoming part of the finish. We confirm at survey.
How durable is the finish for handover?
Washable and scratch resistant, with around 10 years of indoor life and around 5 years outdoors, so it should not become a defects-period issue.
Do you work nationwide?
Yes. We are based in Essex, cover London and the South East as standard and travel nationwide for larger and multi-site trade programmes.
